Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Since many of our products are custom-made and printed to order, processing times may vary slightly. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
 
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few extra days. Please allow additional time for delivery during such peak periods. Should there be a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

We ship products from various locations including the United States and internationally, based on product availability and your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
 
   – Domestic (U.S.):5-10 business days
   – International:15-21 business days (may vary based on customs processes)
 
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can be affected by external factors such as customs, local postal services, and other unforeseen delays.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Tufinch ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. **Tufinch** is not liable for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional charges that may be incurred during the customs process. Please be aware that all fees imposed during or after shipping are payable by the customer.

Damages

Tufinch is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all original packaging and damaged items until your claim has been processed.

Customs & Duties

To assist with customs clearance, we may label your package as a “GIFT” with a reduced value. However, the customer remains responsible for any VAT, duty, or customs clearance fees required by their country for importing goods.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.

Address Changes

Once your order enters processing, we cannot change the shipping address. However, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can update the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship the item after it arrives back at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs in this case.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of making your payment, we will make every effort to cancel your order before processing.

Signature Requirement

At Tufinch, we do not offer signature-required delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package once it is delivered by the courier service (e.g., UPS, FedEx). If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the courier with your tracking information for assistance.
