Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
 
To be eligible for a return:
   – The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
   – It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags still attached.
   – The item must be in its original packaging.
   – A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
 
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tufinch.com. We will guide you through the return process, including sending a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return. If you are unsure about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
 
All claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. For lost-in-transit packages, claims must be submitted no later than two weeks after the estimated delivery date. If the error is determined to be on our part, we will cover the return and replacement costs.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure that you get the correct item is to return the unwanted item and make a new purchase for the desired product once your return is accepted.

Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address once an order is in processing. However, if you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will update the address. In the event that a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to the correct address once it arrives back at our warehouse. This process can take some time, and customers are responsible for ensuring their address is accurate.

Order Cancellation Policy

We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.

Color Variations

While we guarantee our products against fading, slight color variations may occur due to differences in lighting and display settings. These color differences are not considered defects, and refunds will not be issued for these variations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
