However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. The products can easily be returned. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@tufinch.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the Given address:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 Days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 Days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges for any other return reason, and we recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom Size Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note : To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
