RETURNS

All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels intact and attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tufinch.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, then mail it to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item for the return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is complete.
 
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
 
EXCEPTIONS
 
The following items are non-returnable.
      – Personalized or custom-made items.
– Items that have been worn, washed, or altered from their original condition.
